Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders require up to 48 hours processing time before shipment. Processing time begins once we receive your order and includes order verification, assembly, packing, and preparation for shipment. While we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, please allow the full 48-hour window for your order to be processed.
Shipping Time
Total delivery time consists of our processing period (up to 48 hours) plus shipping transit time. Shipping transit times vary based on your selected shipping method and delivery location:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days
Please note that these transit times are estimates and begin after the order processing period is complete. Actual delivery times may vary based on shipping carrier conditions and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey to its destination.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays) may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
International Shipping
For international orders, additional customs processing time may be required. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
